Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyServiceOps.ai website and services ("Service") operated by Roque Ventures Corp. ("MSO", "we", "us"), the company behind MyServiceOps.ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

MyServiceOps.ai provides AI-powered after-hours emergency dispatch automation for trades businesses. The Service answers incoming customer calls, qualifies emergency severity, dispatches on-call technicians, follows up until confirmation, and escalates through your designated roster when needed. The Service is designed to supplement — not replace — your existing dispatch operations.

Service Terms

  • All service agreements are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
  • Billing is monthly in advance. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Pricing is flat-rate. There are no per-minute charges or overage fees.
  • Service onboarding typically takes 30 minutes. We configure the system to your roster, escalation rules, and business hours.

SMS terms

  • Program: MyServiceOps dispatch alerts, sent by MyServiceOps.
  • What you get: phone verification and account alerts for the business owner who signs up, and emergency job alerts for the on-call staff the business adds. Message frequency varies with account and dispatch activity.
  • Callers: People who call a business that uses MyServiceOps may get one text about their call, such as confirming their request was received and what happens next. Reply STOP to stop these texts.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email sales@myserviceops.ai.
  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • How we handle your number: see our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and consent are never shared for marketing.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: managing after-hours emergency dispatch for your trades business. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or business when using the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Specifically:

  • MSO is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, including missed calls or delayed dispatches caused by third-party provider outages (telephony, SMS, etc.).
  • MSO is not liable for actions or inactions of dispatched technicians.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • In no event shall MSO be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Call data, dispatch logs, and customer information processed through the Service are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the Service (e.g., telephony providers for call routing).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
