Who we text
MyServiceOps dispatch alerts are text messages sent by MyServiceOps, a product of Roque Ventures Corp. We text three groups:
- The business owner who signs up — to verify their phone number and to send account alerts.
- The business's own on-call staff — emergency job alerts, sent to the numbers the business adds to its on-call roster.
- Callers — People who call a business that uses MyServiceOps may get one text about their call, such as confirming their request was received and what happens next. Reply STOP to stop these texts.
How you agree
On our signup form, under the phone field, there is an optional box. It stays unticked unless you tick it, and it reads:
“Yes, text me about my MyServiceOps account and emergency dispatch alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See Privacy and Terms.”
Ticking it is not a condition of signing up or of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies with your account and dispatch activity. Someone who called a business that uses MyServiceOps gets at most one text about that call. Message and data rates may apply.
