MyServiceOps.ai ("MSO", "we", "us") is a product of Roque Ventures Corp., which operates the website at myserviceops.ai and provides an emergency dispatch service for trades businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect across our marketing website and our dispatch service — including SMS/text messaging — how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

SMS / Text Messaging

As part of our emergency dispatch service, MyServiceOps.ai sends SMS (text) messages to two groups who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them:

• Service technicians / providers register with MyServiceOps and provide their phone number during onboarding. They explicitly consent to receive job dispatch alerts as a condition of being added to the on-call schedule.
• Customers who contact an emergency service line provide a callback number and consent to receive status updates about their service request.

These messages are operational — job dispatch alerts, technician confirmations, and service status updates. Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop all further texts. For help: reply HELP, or contact us at sales@myserviceops.ai.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Mobile information is used solely to operate the dispatch service, and the service providers listed below handle it only for that purpose.

Information We Collect

When you sign up at myserviceops.ai/signup, we collect your business name, your name, email and phone number, your trade, service area and crew size, the dispatcher settings you built, and whether you agreed to texts. We use them to set up and run your account. Separately, our dispatch service collects the mobile phone numbers of technicians and customers as described in the SMS section above, along with the service details needed to route a job (such as service address and a description of the issue).

Your card is entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and goes to Stripe, not to us.

Analytics & Tracking

We use the following third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website:

• Google Ads / Google Analytics — Measures ad performance and site traffic. Collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, referral source).
• Reddit Pixel — Tracks conversions from Reddit ad campaigns. No personal data is stored on our servers.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook) — Tracks conversions from Meta ad campaigns. No personal data is stored on our servers.

These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymous browsing data. We do not have access to personally identifiable information through these tools — only aggregate, anonymized metrics.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies solely for analytics purposes (Google Analytics, Reddit Pixel, Meta Pixel). We do not use cookies for authentication, personalization, or storing personal data. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not affect the functionality of this website.

Data Storage

What you give us at signup is stored by us and the service providers listed below to set up and run your account. All analytics data is processed by the respective third-party providers listed above and is subject to their data retention policies.

Service Providers

We use service providers to run MyServiceOps: Twilio (phone calls and text messages), ElevenLabs and OpenAI (the AI voice that answers calls), Google (Firebase, Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta and Reddit (ad measurement), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (website hosting). Each gets only what it needs to do its job, and each handles it under its own privacy policy. We use them within their published policies, including Twilio's Messaging Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, Google's API and Analytics terms, and OpenAI's and ElevenLabs' usage policies. Some of them store or process data in the United States.
