12:58 AM. A plumbing emergency comes in. The system flags it, pages the on-call tech by text, email, and phone call, and arms the escalation timer — all in the same second. The tech confirms less than a minute later. Nobody had to wake up and make a phone call.

10:29 PM. The on-call tech gets paged and goes quiet — no confirmation. Seven minutes later, with still no answer, the system automatically escalates to the next contact on the list. That tech confirms a minute later. Nobody had to notice the first tech went quiet. The system did, and moved on.

What This Log Doesn't Hide
Every record above comes from a live client account, anonymized before it left our system — no names, no phone numbers, nothing invented. The log keeps growing; check back and the numbers at the top will have moved.
And two calls early on, before we tightened a gap in how escalations got armed, didn't go the way they should have. We fixed what caused that and left the totals above as they are instead of rounding it away.
